Membership

The Journal of Tropical Diseases and Medicine is an Open Access, Peer Reviewed Journal that provides a platform for researchers, educators, and other health professionals to share their research outcomes and perspectives within the scientific community.
 

Our membership program is designed to benefit the scientific community and is open to universities, institutes, scientific societies, corporate companies, individuals, and students. By enrolling in our membership program, members can publish a specified number of articles within a designated time frame for a reasonable fee. Additionally, the program assists institutional administrators in managing Open Access publications, with the funds received being allocated towards covering Article Processing Charges (APC).

Individual Researchers, Authors Membership

Eligible authors or co-authors of submitted manuscripts can benefit from our membership program, which offers a waiver for the specified membership period. Members can select any of our journals for publication and take advantage of various benefits, including a certificate of membership, the ability to submit an unlimited number of manuscripts per year (excluding special issues), and a 30% discount on special issue APCs. 
 

Student Membership

Our Student Membership is tailored to support graduate and postgraduate students in the field, offering benefits such as discounted APCs, educational resources, mentorship opportunities, and valuable guidance from seasoned professionals. Members can submit an unlimited number of manuscripts (excluding special issues) and receive a personalized Membership Certificate. To apply, students must submit a brief letter of recommendation from a faculty member, department head, or research advisor.

Institutional Membership

Institutional membership provides complimentary publication services to authors affiliated with the subscribing institution during the designated subscription period, along with benefits such as language editing. To obtain this membership, institutions must remit the membership fees and have at least one author affiliated with the institution. An email from an authorized representative of the institution confirming the manuscript's affiliation with the institution is also required.

Corporate/Industry Membership

Tailored for organizations in the healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and related sectors, our Corporate & Industry Membership offers collaborative publishing opportunities, increased brand visibility, and access to targeted research for innovation and development. Members receive an official Corporate Membership Certificate, recognizing their commitment to advancing scientific research and innovation.

How to Apply

To apply for membership, please select the appropriate plan and provide your complete name, affiliation, address, and the journal in which you intend to publish.

Upon receiving your application through our [email protected], our team will carefully review it and provide you with the necessary instructions for the subsequent steps.
 

Important Points to be Noted

• The exclusive services offered through membership must be utilized within the designated timeframe. Failure to utilize the allotted limit does not warrant an extension.
• If you desire to extend your membership prior to its expiration, it may be extended at your convenience. Avail 10% waiver on Renewal Process.
• It is imperative that the renewal process be completed prior to the deadline in order to take advantage of the opportunity to carry forward any remaining service slots. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of said opportunity.
