Biography
Rodrigo Ramos is affiliated with Universidade Federal Fluminense, Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. His research focuses on gastrointestinal oncology and surgery, with particular emphasis on gastric and colorectal cancer. His work includes systematic reviews and meta-analyses examining staging laparoscopy for detecting peritoneal metastases in gastric cancer and comparing surgical approaches for gastroesophageal reflux disease. Additionally, his research encompasses molecular studies of Wnt signaling pathways in colorectal carcinoma and investigations of emergency colon cancer surgery outcomes.
